Designation
|
System Engineer - The Helpdesk Support
position, reporting directly to the Tech Team Lead, investigates and resolves
elementary software and hardware issues via phone and remote support with
assistance from seasoned engineers. This primarily includes limited
troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, mobile
devices etc. The Technician is also responsible for service request
management, working directly with the end users assisting in support and
implementation of technology solutions.
