Eligibility: Minimum 60% and above in 10th, 12th and B. E. / B. Tech. No active backlogs. Must have good communication skills. Willingness to work in (8:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
Selection process: Pre - Placement talk, Aptitude and technical test followed by two technical rounds , HR round.
Designation: Junior Associate - IT.
Compensation: Initially 6 months stipend would be INR Rs. 10000/- per month. On the successful completion of training of 6 months, salary would be INR Rs. 16,500/- per month for a year. Yearly incentive INR Rs. 25000/-. Total Package: INR Rs. 2.30 LPA.
Service Agreement
Selected candidates should be willing to provide a 2 year commitment to the company. The fresher joining Daffodilwill have to enter into a service agreement for a period of two Year. They cannot leave Daffodil during this period. They need to submit a cheque of INR. Rs. 1.50 Lakh with Daffodil. This cheque will be returned after the completion of their 2 year with Daffodil.

Terms & Conditions:
The students will be on probation period for 6 months from the date of their joining.
The new joiner will be initially designated as Junior Associate - IT.
The candidates will be having 5 Days a week.
Eligible and interested student’s from your respective University / Institute are expected to be in formal attire & must carry a hard copy of their updated resume along with two passport size photographs, ID proof, DMCs / Certificates from 10th onwards (both original and photocopies) along with them.
