Position: Production Engineer
Basic Job Description: Responsible for managing the manufacturing operations to maximize customer satisfaction by producing quality products, on a timely basis and at the right cost. Manage complete production & testing activities for UPS/Inverters/PCB Assemblies.
Responsibilities:
- Handle operations in production
- Analysis of plan v/s actual production
- Planning of capacities/Line balancing to meet production targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources
- Ensure monitoring of process capability & implement and review control charts
- Able to take full ownership of Quality and Production issues
- Ensure consumables usage as per norms & Implement Cost saving projects
- Production tracking, maintenance and quality control
- Review operations & production issues
- Create awareness on quality issues
- Monitoring of production output at key stations and ensure that it should adhere to daily / weekly / monthly plan
Qualification- B.Tech(ECE)
