Job Profile	Responsible for giving Technical support to International customers over the Phone. Should be able to Meet minimum login hours. Meeting SLA on time. Keeping AHT under control. Attendance should be above 96% Should not take any unsched leave.
Job Location	Noida/ Chennai
Package	• CTC is 1.64L during the training which will be 2-3 months. • Post the training additional 15K to 37K will get added to CTC depending upon the project they gets deployed. • But this increased amount gets paid after 6 months accumulated.  • So ideally first 6 months the salary will be 1.64LPA.
