Visit us at:  http://www.expicient.com

YOU CAN DECIDE WHETHER TO READ THIS COMPLETE MESSAGE BASED ON WHAT STATEMENT BEST DESCRIBES YOU:

A: I am happy being a small cog on a large wheel working in a large organization where somebody will always tell me what to do for the next 5 years and I can be secure in a ‘job’.

B: I want to be a part of a small, dynamic organization, whose future and fortunes I can help shape, and where I can be playing a significantly important leadership role in the next 3 years.

If choice ‘A’ best describes you, STOP reading any further and walk away! If you sincerely believe that ‘B’ is what you want to be, read on….

We are Expicient, and we need YOU.
  • We are a small (not too small, really) organization with big aims. Here are a few of our vitals:
  • We  are  in  the  business  of  enabling  large  and  medium  sized  global organizations  to  more  efficiently  manage  their  supply  chains  AND  to provide them innovative and new channels of earning revenue.
  • We work with cutting-edge technology and technology tools.
  • We are 100 people strong and have offices in four locations- Bangalore, Gurgaon, Boston and London.
  • Our clients are currently in North America, Europe and India and we are seeing immense interest from other geographies too.
  • We  are  already  profitable  and  are  making  strong  investments  in  our people, processes and product-lines.

Our top management has worked at building some exciting organizations in the past and also been a part of leadership at large, well-known organizations.  They carry impeccable educational  credentials from India’s best Engineering and Business schools.

We are geared for very rapid growth over the next three years and we are looking for smart, young, ambitious professionals to join us on an exciting journey which is likely to take you across the world.

You are everything that choice B encapsulates and something more...

  • You have the desire and the drive to make a difference to a relatively small organization.
  • You perceive yourself to be able to lead others in a short time-frame rather than only take instructions.
  • You are comfortable with some amount of ambiguity and open to seizing opportunities for professional growth, proactively.
  • You demonstrate  reasonable  academic capabilities  (we don’t believe that marks are everything!) but show excellent extra-curricular capabilities, initiative and drive.
  • You show an excellent aptitude for analysis (numeric and verbal) and can confidently hold forth on topics of interest to you.
  • You are aware of your world and reasonably  confident about wanting to play a decent sized role in it.

If you believe that some of the above applies to you, we want to meet you. We don’t care what your branch of Engineering is.
