Direct / Institutional selling of Fire Protection Equipments,Security equipments & Services to Institutional, Industrial, Commercial, Corporate & Individual Clients. The openings are for pan India.
At the end of the first year in the organisation MBD & Sr.MBD could be redesignated as a man manager, where the designation could be a Territory Manager.
PACKAGE
The starting package can be anywhere between 1.80 lacs p.a. to 2.50 Lacs p.a. ( CTC ) plus average Variable incentives of 50K p.a.., total 2.30 Lacs p.a. to 3 Lacs p.a. The package offered to any short listed candidate shall be guided by his / her skill level & performance during the GD & Interview(s). The variables like Monthly Incentives, Quarterly Incentives & awards, Schemes etc are performance linked and are over & above the above mentioned CTC. The average variable income can be anywhere between 5k to 10k per month.
